Every member of my family has worked here at one time or another. Dry cleaning is in our blood. We really know and care about what we do. A highly trained staff inspects your garment before, during and after processing. They will advise you on alternative cleaning techniques for your garment such as wet cleaning. We specialize in cleaning garments that other dry cleaners turn away. Our employees give excellent customer service. When taking in your order we enter them into our computer system and then carefully tag them. Our computer system keeps track of your items so items are not lost or mixed into another order. All of the tags are removed after cleaning. We check the manufacturer's care label and check the general condition of your clothing. Some items may call for special treatment, items with beading, leather trim,buttons may need to be removed or covered. Our spotter has over 30 years of experience. Clothes with spots will be treated prior to cleaning. All of your garments are then hand pressed. After garments are cleaned they go through a final inspection before they are bagged. Any lint and pills will be removed. If you have any special requests just mention them.
3.On-site Dry Cleaning
All of our dry cleaning, wedding gown preservation, and tailoring is done at our location in Staten Island. Your clothing never leaves our establishment. Thus ensuring quality control over all our dry cleaning, wedding gown preservation, and tailoring. This also allows us to perform same day dry cleaning and alterations. Customers always have last minute emergencies and we are happy to help. Our equipment and solvent are maintained on a daily basis so your clothes come out their cleanest. Our high standard of quality control insure top-notch customer service.
