The Finest Wedding Gown Cleaning and Preservation in Staten Island

Bride Erica brought her stunning wedding gown to us at Mario's French Cleaners for cleaning and preservation services after her wedding. It's rewarding to be trusted with such a cherished item. We have been cleaning and preserving wedding gowns for over 40 years.   Mario's French Dry Cleaners offers the finest wedding gown cleaning and preservation in the Staten Island area.

Here is an overview of our cleaning and preservation process:

-Our garment care specialist thoroughly inspects your gown. Every type of bead and fabric is tested. The gown is inspected for stains.

-Stains are pre-spotted.

-Stains are gently removed from your gown/

- Your dress isdrycleaned in a virgin solvent or wet cleaned depending on the fabric and beading.

-Your dress is once again inspected for any stains and will be recleaned if necessary..

-Your wedding gown is then meticulouly pressed with the up most care.

_We then ask our brides to inspect the gown before it is preserved to ensure everything has been cleaned and pressed to their expections.

 - We offer several different preservation methods. You may choose a muslin bag, a specifically designed garment bag that allows the dress to breathe while protecting it from permanent creases, light, and dust. This is an excellent option if you are short on space.. We also offer a boxed method. The gown  is situated in a specifically designed, acid-free, museum quality gold foil box. Acid -free tissue paper is used to buffer folds along with a cardboard bodice to maintain the integrity of the dress.
